UK Shipping
We ship across the United Kingdom using trusted courier partners such as Royal Mail or equivalent tracked delivery services.

Royal Mail deliveries typically occur Monday to Saturday between 7am and 4:30pm depending on your local delivery office.

Delayed or Lost Parcels

Incorrect Address

Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Once your return request has been approved, the item must be returned to us within 14 days.
Returned products must meet the following conditions:

- In original packaging
- In the same condition you received them
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items
