All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details.

During periods of high demand, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

UK Shipping

We ship across the United Kingdom using trusted courier partners such as Royal Mail or equivalent tracked delivery services.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Delivery: 2–3 working days
Express / Tracked Delivery: 1–2 working days

Royal Mail deliveries typically occur Monday to Saturday between 7am and 4:30pm depending on your local delivery office.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, or peak periods.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

Estimated delivery times for international orders are:

Europe: 3–5 working days
USA & Canada: 5–7 working days
Rest of World: 6–10 working days

International courier services from the UK commonly deliver within 3–7 working days depending on the carrier and destination.

Customs processing times may vary and are outside of our control.

Customs & Import Duties

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (if a tracked service is selected). This allows you to monitor your delivery progress.

Delayed or Lost Parcels

While most deliveries arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues or high shipping volumes.

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days (UK) or 20 working days (international) after dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate the delivery with the courier.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect address details provided at the time of purchase.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our returns policy below.

Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Once your return request has been approved, the item must be returned to us within 14 days.

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

In original packaging
In the same condition you received them
Accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Refunds
